Try this

  1. Tap Low Alarm and set -20 with the keypad. The status chip turns red and the reading goes red.
  2. Tap Manual Clean, then open Trend and set the window to 1 m: red flush, green recover, and the live reading dipping and recovering. Set speed to ×10 to watch it faster.
  3. Tap PID: MANUAL: the keypad shows the dose. Enter sets a new manual value; the AUTO key hands over to the controller, which drives the reading to the setpoint (the amber line on the Trend is the dose). In AUTO, tapping the button asks what output to hold in MANUAL.
  4. Choose Sensor: fouling on the right, open Scope and tap the Signal Health tile for the 60-day history. Then choose No signal: a cut cable reads under 4 mA, so the panel shows SENSOR FAULT and dashes instead of a number, and the controller drops to MANUAL.
  5. Press Make calibration due. Tap the flashing CAL DUE badge, unlock with the demo's PIN 0000, then Mark calibrated.
  6. On Files, open Data logging and press Day. The file appears in the USB stick panel on the right. Tap the Logging line there to change the log interval.
  7. On Files, press Export configuration and open SCM_Config.txt on the right: every setting as plain text. Change an alarm, then Import configuration puts it back.
  8. Open Config: eight groups in a list. Tap one, scroll its settings, change a value, and Back returns you to the menu.

What is real here

Screens, layout, colours, menus, the keypad, alarm hysteresis, the PI controller, the clean cycle, trend windows, the Signal Health formula, the CSV columns and the service PIN rules follow the firmware source. The sensor, the water and the motor are simulated. Fonts are close, not identical, and the history before you opened the page is generated so the graphs are not empty.
